SHIPPING COSTS
For orders up to € 100, the shipping costs are € 6.95.
DELIVERY TIME
The expected delivery time is 1 - 2 working days. The expected delivery time can be found on the order page.
DELIVERY
The order will be delivered to the specified delivery address by PostNL. PostNL will keep you informed of the delivery time by email.
CANCEL
If the order has not yet been shipped and you have not yet received the shipping confirmation, you can contact Customer Service by email to cancel your order. Make sure to put your order number in the subject of the email.
EXCHANGES
Do you want to exchange an item? Download the return form here. Return the item clean and undamaged in the original packaging and place a new order. The first purchase will then be credited, the second purchase must be paid.
RETURNS
Returns are possible within the trial period of 14 days. The costs for returning are for you.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Items may only be returned when they are unused / sleepless, in their original condition and packed in the original packaging, including cards, labels and the like.
RETURN TERM
The return period is 14 days from the first day after delivery.
FINANCIAL SETTLEMENT
You have 14 days to change your mind from the moment you receive your order. As soon as we have processed your return package, you will automatically receive a return confirmation by email. We will then refund the purchase amount as soon as possible and no later than 5 - 10 working days.
GUARANTEE
We offer a 1001 night sleep guarantee. If your Dream Sheets break within 1001 nights, being worn and / or torn, we will send a new article from the same or, if these are no longer available, an article from a comparable collection free of charge. Items damaged or discolored during the washing process will not be reimbursed.
